Free shipping is provided to orders of $75 or more!
It usually takes 3-6 days for domestic packages, or 7-10 days for international packages to arrive. We will notify you via email when your order is shipped.
If you are in a rush and need your order before a specific date, please list it in the memo section of your order.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
Please carefully check our size chart before your purchase. We are happy to accept returns received within 15 days from the delivery date for refunds.
Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.
All SALE/ SAMPLE items are final and we do not accept any returns.

We provide a pre-paid return label for our US customers. If you wish to return any item, please email us at iunderstand@glorialee.com with your name, address, order number, and item that you wish to return. Please return items in their original packaging if possible.
