What is your shipping policy?


  • To minimize overproduction and wasting resources, all items are Made-By-Order. Shipping times will vary depending on the complexity of any customizations and/or special fabrics associated with the order. Once we receive your order, our local artisans will hand-make your garments and we will deliver it to you in 2-3 weeks. It usually takes 4-7 days for domestic packages, or 7-10 days for international packages to arrive. We will notify you via email when your order is shipped.
  • If you are in a rush and need your order before a specific date, please list it in the memo section of your order.
  • Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we do!




How can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes your order number, tracking number, and packages’ estimated arrival time.




Will I have to sign my delivery?


We recommend that someone is present to sign for the delivery.




Do you deliver to P.O. boxes, military address, or Parcel locker?


Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.




What is your return policy?


  • Please carefully check our size chart before your purchase. We are happy to accept returns received within 30 days from the delivery date for refunds.
  • Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.
  • Should you decide to return your order, we charge a small Zero Waste Fee ($25 per item) which will be deducted from your refund. We charge this fee because we don’t build inventory into our up front pricing, therefore offering you the lowest pricing possible for made-to-order clothing. Your Zero Waste Fee will help us reduce the impact of excess stock on the environment.
  • We imagine a future without over-production and environmentally devastating waste by not holding inventory.




How do I return an item?


We provide a pre-paid return label for our US customers. If you wish to return any item, please email us at iunderstand@glorialee.com with your name, address, order number, and item that you wish to return. Please return items in their original packaging if possible.




How do I track a returned item?


You can track it with the tracking number on the pre-paid return label. Once we receive your item, please allow 4-6 days for processing.




When will I receive my refund?


Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.




What if the item is faulty?


We stand behind our product! If for some reason, you feel as though the item is faulty, please email us at iunderstand@glorialee.com with 3-4 large well lit photos of the item, along with your order number and we will contact you with any next steps.




How do I exchange an item?


We do not provide exchanges. Please follow the instructions for returning items and place a new order.
